My curriculum vitae is forwarded herewith for your kind
consideration.
I wish to apply for the post of Director Health because I
consider this position will be a great opportunity for me to put in to practice
what I have learnt in university and what I have experienced as a community
Health facilitator. As well as I believe this position will offer me a greater
opportunity to serve poor and marginalized in estate sector.
I believe my degree in Health Promotion at Rajarata
University of Sri Lanka will be very helpful in overall management, integration
and supervision of projects designed to improve and sustain the quality of
health services on plantation sector.
After my graduation, I have worked as a health promotion
facilitator in Anuradhapura district for 8 years which helped me to acquire
many competencies and skills including planning, facilitating and communicating
skills. The responsibilities of my last career involves co-ordination and
supervision of programs, integrating health interventions with national health
services and UNICEF and conducting Early Childhood Care Development(ECCD)
interventions and Non-Communicable disease(NCD) prevention interventions.
I am sure my qualifications match your requirements and hope
my application would be considered favorably.
